Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Shopper Marketing Specialist to be based in London, UK.

The Shopper Marketing Specialist will work with our Shopper Marketing Manager and the wider Shopper Marketing team as we as complete our mission: ‘To put Red Bull at maximum danger of being sold’ and ensure we always Look Like No1. You’ll work to support on our key initiatives and brand plans gaining knowledge of the sales, category and insight functions and how collaboration is key to our success.

Expand all

  • In-Outlet Point of Sale

    Developing solutions that align to the Red Bull brand plans and initiatives
    Point of sale production management and stock allocation with our distribution partners

  • Customer & Stakeholder Relationships

    Establish effective joint working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including regular cross functional meetings with other teams
    Attend Customer meetings, briefings and relationship building opportunities
    Develop strong relationships with our key internal stakeholders – Brand, Sales, Field and Operations

  • Organisation And Planning

    Ensuring projects, brand plans and deliverables are tracked for key milestones and delivered on time
    Skilled with time management and developing good relationships with people
    Complete post campaign evaluations to drive more effective and efficient shopper marketing activities

  • Team Player

    You’ll be keen and comfortable with providing in-person or group updates on your projects
    You’ll live and breath the Red Bull values and philosophies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Creative, time management, prioritisation, organisation, adaptability, relationship building
  • Ability to forge strong relationships.
  • Ability to ask great questions that help you fully understand any brief you receive and check 
  • in to ensure you are on the right track.
  • A desire to learn from every experience and to be better today than you were yesterday.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Travel 0-10%
