Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role
Fanatics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a strategic and results-driven approach to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology teams, while also supporting corporate functions such as accounting, finance, tax, audit and payroll. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong ability to leverage data-driven insights, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.
What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of technology stacks, industry trends, and corporate functions to effectively assess candidates.
Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify recruitment challenges and implement strategic solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving business needs, ensuring recruitment goals are met across all functions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize talent analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Provide hiring managers with real-time market insights and data to inform decision-making.
Innovative Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent beyond traditional methods.
- Build and nurture pipelines of technical and corporate professionals, including passive candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership & Process Optimization
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment aligns with workforce planning.
- Drive efficiency in hiring processes while advocating for structured, high-impact recruitment practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technology and corporate functions (accounting, finance, tax, audit and payroll, etc.).
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence hiring strategies.
- Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships and advise hiring managers.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Passion for talent acquisition, innovation, and business impact.
In New York City, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$165,000 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
