SR. SUPPLY PLANNER, NIKE BY YOU (NBY)
PHK, GLOBAL
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Senior Manager, Nike By You (NBY) Planning and sit within the NBY Footwear (FW) Supply Chain team. This team connects factory partners across Asia with cross-functional partners spanning Product Creation, Sourcing & Manufacturing, Digital Production Creation, and Nike Direct to deliver custom product at scale.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role calls for a decisive, data-driven planner who thrives in complexity and moves with purpose. They anticipate risk, challenge assumptions, and turn insight into action. They bring clarity to ambiguity, align teams around a shared plan, and hold themselves accountable to outcomes that elevate both business performance and consumer experience. They are equally comfortable deep in data and leading cross-functional conversations, influencing partners across geographies and disciplines. With a sharp eye for capacity, materials, and inventory dynamics, they balance trade-offs and optimize decisions that shape end-to-end supply flow.
They operate with urgency and precision. They communicate simply. They build trust quickly. And they push for better—every process, every plan, every result.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Typically 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Strong proficiency in data and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Excel); experience using analytics and AI tools to generate insights
- Deep understanding of inventory drivers (lead times, days of supply, replenishment cycles) and factory capacity planning
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead supply planning across Nike By You (NBY) products, driving capacity and material alignment to deliver customized product globally. You will connect data, partners, and processes to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and keep the supply plan moving with speed and precision.
- Build and manage product-level supply plans in partnership with factory partners, aligning production capacity and material availability
- Monitor plan health, identify gaps, and proactively mitigate risks across factory networks while optimizing demand and supply alignment
- Drive material planning strategies that increase agility, reduce long lead-time exposure, and support shifting demand patterns
- Partner closely with Order Management to align supply plans with consumer promises and improve end-to-end lead time
- Lead supply chain readiness for product launches, ensuring materials arrive on time and ramp plans are executable
- Operate as a subject matter expert in supply planning, contributing to cross-functional forums and strategic initiatives
- Strengthen collaboration across Product Creation, Sourcing & Manufacturing, and Nike Direct to enable faster, smarter decisions
