  • Proven experience steering P&L-relevant decisions based on strategy, with strong understanding of how assortment choices, platform experience, demand levers and operational excellence impact long-term platform health

  • Expertise in digital commerce, including experience optimisation, demand funnels and conversion drivers

  • Ability to work with KPIs and analytics, comfortable pulling and interpreting data, spotting patterns and connecting metrics to consumer behaviour and business outcomes

  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple workstreams while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic intent

You bring cross-functional partnership and influence:

  • Strong track record of partnering with x-functional stakeholders like Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Ops to shape decisions, influence direction and confidently challenge assumptions with a well-grounded point of view

  • Clear and influential communicator, capable of engaging senior stakeholders, simplifying complexity and bringing teams along towards shared goals

You bring cultural fluency:

  • Genuine passion for sneaker culture and the communities that shape it

  • Strong pulse on trends, heat moments and the evolving expectations of the sneaker consumer

  • Instinct for what feels right for SNKRS, commercially and culturally

You combine operational excellence with cultural credibility.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
