Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
PARTNER WITH MARKETS AND GLOBAL TEAMS TO SECURE THE BEST AVAILABILITY FOR THE BUSINESS WITHIN THE GIVEN COST CONSTRAINTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONVERTING DEMAND INTO SUPPLY AND PROVIDING ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS TO MEET KPI AND SUPPORT CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage Product Supply processes and liaise with Market PSI (Product Supply Interface)/PS Ops (Product Supply Ops) to optimize availability, inventory and costs and providing cross-market support.
- Drive performance improvements by addressing key drivers, communicating success, initiating and coordinating escalations
- Create clearvisibility on market projected availability and inventory performance
- Consistently execute Product Supply related tasks based on overall Product Supplyguidance
- Day to day excellence in execution of pre/post buy Product Supply tasks for multiple marketsto maintain uninterrupted operations
- Contribute to projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and process enhancement.
- Deliver creative and resourceful solutions to business and process challenges, effectively translating ideas into actionable and impactful outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Service-minded and consumer /customer oriented.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in oral & written English, additional language is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (advanced excel skills)and SAP. Ability to develop analytical tool and automation tool like power queries, Power BI is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain management or in areas of Business administration, logistics, planning, and information systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, operations or planning preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear Industries.
