With multiple touchpoints across the business, they confidently manage a broad stakeholder group day-to-day, using insights, clear storytelling, and structured problem-solving to influence outcomes and enable better decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business/ Supply Chain/Operations Management or similar.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, KPIs, and trends to drive actions and continuous improvement.
  • Drive alignment and results by building trusted, cross‑functional partnerships and influencing stakeholder decisions through clear communication and data‑backed insights.
  • A passion for people, self-motivated with the ability to inspire and create a performance culture.
  • Leverage strong MS Office capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP experience, with a curiosity for digital transformation, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to improve process efficiency, reporting quality, and decision‑making.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the Marketplace Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you will manage one of Nike’s top Strategic Accounts, by providing a premium customer experience, while driving sustainable growth, mutual profitability, and data-informed decision-making to optimise order book productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute efficient order management processes to capture orders, deliver seasonal plans, and meet financial objectives — ensuring the order book reflects account and channel shipment intent and execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement across forecasting and operations by evolving processes, embedding automation and analytics, and building capability with operational partners.
  • Lead with a consumer-first mindset, using data and insights to deliver market-competitive speed and meet Nike’s precision delivery commitments across all marketplace orders.
  • Partner cross-functionally within Nike (with Global and regional MSC, the Sales and Marketplace teams, the Integrated Fulfilment Planning Team, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech & Demand Supply Management) to flawlessly execute initiatives, key commercial styles, and a key city framework.
