Senior Salesforce Developer (m/w/d)

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

Your Responsibilities

• You will be member of a team developing SPORTFIVE into the most data-driven agency in the sports business using the Salesforce platform and technology
• You will work together with business analysts and demand managers on clarification of technical requirements and solution design
• You will analyze technical requirements and take care of implementationconcept, customization and test
• You will prepare user doucmentation and training material and assist business owners in trainings
• You will enable the user support team to provide basic user support for Salesforce and analyze and solve escalated issues
• You will take care of Salesforce instance monitoring, corrective measurements, mass data import and management

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, computer science or have concluded a similar relevant training
• You are an experienced Salesforce Consultant/ Developer
• Your have good knowledge of operational processes in sales, marketing and/or customer service
• You have knowledge in Salesforce administration, design, development and architecture
• You possess a high IT affinity and good analytical skills, problem solving skills and team spirit
• Experience in project management will be an advantage
• Certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and/or Commerce Cloud are plus, high Trailhead rating will be considered
• Your communication skills in English are strong, German will be an advantage
• You have passion for (e)sports & entertainment and exciting world of the global sports business
