WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a Senior Sales Representative, Football, for the AGS region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Based in Mainhausen in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area, this role will support one of our strategic key accounts, Intersport AGS.
The ideal candidate brings first-class communication skills in English and German, strong strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer management. They demonstrate curiosity for the international sports market and a willingness to travel.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will own and drive the sales operations for the football category, leading business growth with one of our most strategic accounts. You will play a key role in turning our new partnership with the DFB into a long-term success story.
You will define and execute sales strategies, track customer, competitor, and market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable plans. Your work will include research ownership, business development, and sales administration, as well as planning and executing semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets with strategic partners.
By applying strong customer service skills and deep product, category, and marketplace expertise, you will build trusted relationships and consistently drive sustainable growth and target achievement.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In the Nike Matrix, you will collaborate within a dynamic team environment and work directly with counterparts across our European headquarters, as well as the broader football organization, including clubs and federations such as the DFB. You will report to the Director of Intersport, AGS.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Passion for football and knowledge of clubs, federations, and grassroots ecosystems
• Experience in sales management, marketing, or customer management is a plus
• Expert knowledge of buying group business models such as Intersport or Sport2000
• Strong communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel, learn, and grow
• Positive mindset and strong presentation skills
• Ability to take on challenges and apply fact-based decision-making to solve problems
• Passion for sport and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
