WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the Sports Marketing Operations team in Brazil, partnering closely with Global Football, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, the Brazil Distributor, external vendors, and partners such as CBF. The role collaborates across a complex matrix to deliver premium service and operational excellence. You will be reporting to the Sr Manager, Global Football, Sports Marketing, LATAM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strong operations and partnership professional with deep experience in sports marketing, operational execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong financial and analytical acumen, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to manage complex partnerships while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This person thrives in a fast‑paced environment, acts with courage, embraces change, values differences, and drives clarity across teams.
 

- 8+ years of experience in sports marketing, operations, or related fields

- Strong financial, forecasting, and analytical capabilities

- Experience managing federations, athletes, or large partnerships

- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrix organization

- Open to work in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) – hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will execute and own the Sports Marketing Operational Plan across Brazil, ensuring premium service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance for the CBF partnership and priority athletes.
 

- Execute the Sports Marketing operational plan across the Brazil portfolio

- Own Sports Marketing Operations for CBF, ensuring all contractual obligations are met

- Deliver best‑in‑class service experiences for federations, athletes, and partners

- Partner with internal teams, distributors, and external vendors to ensure premium service delivery

- Support product compliance and maximize return on product investment

- Forecast future buys and provide insights to leadership

- Identify and mitigate operational and product risks
