Nike Senior Brand Creative Producer

Who You Are

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in creative production and project management within top-tier agencies or global brands.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex timelines, multimillion-dollar budgets, and high-stakes deliverables.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Visionary and passionate about creativity, sport, and culture.
  • Calm under pressure, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative leader who inspires teams and elevates creative output.
  • A proactive communicator fluent in both Chinese and English (verbal & written).

What You Drive

End-to-End Creative Production Leadership

  • Lead the full production lifecycle—from strategic planning to final asset delivery—ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee execution across diverse mediums including film, digital, experiential, and retail.
  • Own on-set production leadership, acting as the key liaison between internal teams, talent, and external partners.

Creative Strategy & Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to Nike’s Brand Creative leadership, contributing to the creative vision and execution strategy.
  • Identify, commission, and manage a diverse network of creative partners—from global agencies to emerging talent.
  • Drive innovation by scouting new production technologies, formats, and storytelling methods.
  • Lead negotiations, budget oversight, and contract execution with external vendors and talent.

Who You Work With

  • Partner closely with Nike’s internal creative teams—designers, art directors, copywriters, and creative directors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sports Marketing, Entertainment, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Act as a senior liaison for productions involving athletes, celebrities, and high-profile talent.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge business priorities and advocate for creative integrity.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and aligning diverse stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
