The Role 


Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform with the Fanatics App as the front door to fandom. The FanApp team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive retention, loyalty, and engagement with Fanatics properties (i.e. Sportsbook).  In this role, you will collaborate closely with Commercial teams, Strategy, Operations, Data, Design, and Engineering to deliver innovative features that make our App sticky (i.e. digital profile, onboarding) and drive customer retention (support Loyalty initiatives) and cross sell to other Fanatics business lines. 
 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to set product strategy, identifying and introducing new features that improve customer retention and cross sell to other Fanatics business lines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Fanatics platform, assets, super fan customer base, and the unique position of Fanatics in the Sports industry 
  • Leverage data, research, and competitive analysis to build the loyalty and cross-sell strategy and roadmap. 
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Fanatics to write user stories, gather product requirements and execute the Product Roadmap to increase App retention and user engagement with the Fanatics properties. 
  • Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users 
  • Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics 
  • Preferred working hours: Eastern Time Zone. Open to some travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
     

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years experience as a Product Manager in agile B2C digital native app-focused product organization 
  • Demonstrated experience driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines in fast-moving, cross-functional teams. 
  • Deep passion for sports, games, and fandom products, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done 
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership 
  • Experience leveraging both quantitative and qualitative information to proactively identify ways for your product to improve retention, customer engagement, and business impact.
  • Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different Product teams and teams at Fanatics 
  • Can do attitude to influence others and lead cross functional teams to success 

The salary range for this position is $138,240 to $200,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
