Your Talent

  • Confident team player with positive mindset, initiative-taking and entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 4 years of international product management experience in the sports industry or associated product related function (Marketing, Merchandising, Sales)
  • Strong leadership skills would be beneficial
  • Very good knowledge and passion for football market, consumer trends and retail environment paired with strong analytical skills
  • Strong technical Footwear (or performance product) knowledge and product knowhow
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar education.

Your Mission

  • Create, develop and manage the global product offering for PUMA Teamsport within the assigned product collection
  • Drive product excellence from conception through to in market launch through strong relationship with design, development and the innovation team
  • Work closely with the Global GTM team in creating the range and relevant product offer to achieve set goals. This includes close relationship to key PUMA subsidiaries
  • to understand and fulfil their needs as well as create opportunities
  • Work with related inline functions to develop and execute the plans and required tools (Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Sports Marketing)
  • Create and maintain network with key retail partners, consumers and pro players to gain up-to-date market and consumer insights
  • Prepare market- and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyze forecasts and sales figures
  • Work closely with Business Unit, footwear, apparel and accessories teams to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments
  • Present product strategy and product lines to international partner as well as key accounts
  • Constantly ensure high product value of the assigned collection in conjunction with seasonal costing and margin targets
  • Care for and preparation of international meetings
  • Regularly visit markets, fairs and suppliers
  • Ensure a correct and punctual input and maintenance of internal systems (PAC) for all assigned product lines and all required information
  • Manage direct reports and develop their potential based on present skills, knowledge and performance level.
