Your mission

  • Drive global market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define product strategy
  • Develop and execute collections for assigned product lines
  • Build Conceptual Assortment Plans (CAP) by product category and price architecture, aligned with merchandising and business targets
  • Manage product lines through the entire product creation process, from planning, internal design and development meetings to prototype approval and global launch
  • Execute product development in line with the GTM calendar, ensuring quality
  • Collaborate across Footwear, Apparel, Accessories to ensure strong concept and product alignment
  • Present product strategies and collections to international stakeholders and key partners
  • Manage pricing, margins, product flow, and in‑store timing to ensure commercial success
  • Validate and manage final FOB pricing to ensure alignment with defined margin targets
  • Challenge product costing to drive the right balance of quality, margin, and net sales from design to production
  • Develop catalogue content and support sell‑in materials
  • Build strong market and industry insights through regular market visits, trade fairs, and suppliers.

Your talent

  • Preferably Bachelor/Master Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of international apparel experience in a similar position with a top tier international sports company or vertical apparel brands
  • Ideally first experiences in people management
  • Readiness to travel
  • Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear and consumer trends
  • Very strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex processes at the same time
  • Team player mentality, high flexibility and open mindedness
  • Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment
