WHO YOU’LLWORK WITH

This role will work with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams to manage the product creation cycle.

WHOWE ARELOOKING FOR

Wearelooking foraSr. Product Line Manager to join our Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations) team.  This role will partner with the apparel product creation team, and drive process and strategy for the best Clubs, Federations, and Athletes in the world.  

We are looking for someone that can establish, maintain, and cultivate key relationships with the teams, leagues, and recognize consumer and competitive trends in key global markets. The ideal candidate will be able toleverageathlete, consumer, and marketplace insights and translate them intoimpactfulproduct narratives and strategies that resonate at a local level. The Sr. Product Line Manager will lead and collaborate with a specialized product team to deliver andshowcasethe most innovative and high-performance product in the industry for athletes as well as collaborate with local teammates to deliver retail assortments for consumers. This role will provide an analysis of the current business including bookings and sell-through by channel, country, GEO,styleand color,etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.  

  • 3+years' experience in relevant productrelated roles

  • Product Management and Merchandising skills and understanding of the productprocess

  • Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and retail math

  • Strong business management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, negotiate andinfluence

  • Strong globalawareness with the ability to navigate international perspectives and culturaldifferences

  • Experience with Keynote, Adobe Suite,PowerPointand Excel

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes,marketplaceand consumerlandscape

  • Passion or interest in Global Football (Soccer) is aplus

  • Ability to travelinternationallyup to10%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You willbe responsible forunderstanding the consumer and analyzingproductand competitive trends across key markets. Leveraging these insights, you will inform product creation, delivery, and pricing decisions that align with consumer needs, market dynamics, and channel strategies.

In this role, you will define and communicate a compelling vision for product categories, bringing it to life through strong,end-in-mindstorytelling and consumer-right strategies. You will serve as the business voice in key product creationmeetings, guiding alignment on product line direction, costing, and pricing.

You will drive execution of key initiatives andguidethe product creation process in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Product,Graphic Design, Materials, Technical Design, Merchandising, Development, and Operations. Additionally, you will oversee the development of presentations to support productsell-in.

You will own line planning at the style/SKU level tooptimizeproductivity, margin, and revenue, while also building andmaintainingstrong relationships with clubs, federations, and Nike Sports Marketing partners.
