WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are looking for a Global Football Apparel Senior Product Line Manager that sits at the center of Nike’s football product creation engine—where sport insight, culture, and commercial rigor come together to build the Off Pitch assortments that set the pace for the industry. You will report to the Senior Manager of Branded Football Apparel. This role will partner with thecross functionalproduct creation team (your triad and key partners), work closely with the PLM team, and Geo/Territory Sales, Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Materials/Trims, Merchandising, Finance, and EMEA teammates. This role is focused on building product at the intersection of Football and Culture. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Wearelooking for a product-creation firstSenior PLM who can lead a high-profile global football business with pace and precision. You haveproven ability tomanage an apparel line built for athletes and consumers alike, and you stay calm while juggling competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. You bring strong business management and strategic thinking, backed by product finance fundamentals (revenue, margin, FOB) and sharp analytical skills. You communicate clearly,visually,and verbally whilebuilding alignment across a cross-functional team and driving decisions through key gates. You understand apparel construction and the sourcing process end-to-end, andyou arerelentless on details, calendar discipline, and follow-through. You have taste and creative problem-solving ability, and you showanunderstanding of footballculture,howthe sportlives globally, how teams and consumers connect emotionally, and how that should show up in product and storytelling.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.   

  • 3+ years' experience in relevant product related roles 

  • Product Management and Merchandising skills and understanding of the product process

  • Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and retail math 

  • Strong business management experience 

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, negotiate and influence

  • Strong global awareness with the ability to navigate international perspectives and cultural differences

  • Experience with Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace and consumer landscape

  • Passion or interest in Global Football (Soccer) is a plus

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 10%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You willbe responsible forthe end-to-end product creation of Nike’s Global Football Apparel—turning athlete and cultural insight into Off Pitch product that performs for athletes and fans alike on the world’s biggest stages. You will set line strategy, drivecross functionalalignment, and balance creativity, craft, and commercial rigor in a fastmoving global environment.

  • You own product creation gates and calendars, making hard tradeoffs to keep teams focused, aligned, and on time in adeadline drivenglobal cadence.

  • You translate athlete, consumer, and cultural insights around the game into clear briefs, linearchitectures, and storytelling that feel authentic to football.

  • You manage the tension between pinnacle product moments and scalable business needs, ensuring performance, margin, and brand excellence are all delivered.

  • You spend time deep in the details—reviewing assortments, samples, costs, and narratives—while also stepping back to guidelong-termstrategy and vision.

  • You show up as a trusted leader in the room, driving clarity and momentum across complex conversations andhigh visibilitydecisions.
