Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role
PREMIERE SPORTS MARKETER LOOKING FOR THEIR MOST VALUABLE PRODUCER.
Fanatics, the leading sports merchandise and collectibles retailer is looking for an experienced producer to join our team. The producer will work alongside proven creative leadership to help develop incredible content for Fanatics' brand - including brand campaigns, digital episodic content and daily social. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of content / campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard. The producer will work closely with the creative team, brand marketing team, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the production process for creative concepts/campaigns and digital content.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality and creativity.
- Oversee the selection of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Manage the day-to-day production schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Act as the main point of contact for all production-related issues, ensuring that any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Take leadership in maintaining an organized library of video content for future reference.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ensure that these are incorporated into all production processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of +8 years of experience in a producer role.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors, and team members.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of the production process especially for video, and social.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. communications, advertising, marketing, or film production).
- Knowledge of AI production tool
In New York, the salary range for this position is $160,000 to $175,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
