WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Global Planning Capabilities team, a group dedicated to driving innovation, process excellence, and capability development across Nike’s supply chain. The team partners closely withSupply Chain Planning & Innovation (SCPI), integrates into the SCPO Offense, and collaborates with Planning, Supply Chain, Technology and Analyticstodeliver enterprise solutions and enable new ways of working. You’ll report toSenior ManagerPlanning Capabilities, Globaland collaborate with cross-functional teams todrive the delivery of new technology, data foundationrequirements and dependencies with articulation of process evolution through playbook creation.

Key Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
•5-7years of experience in planning, supply chain, or capability development.
•Provenexperience supporting programs and applyingchange management skills.
•Experience with processcreation, training, and user adoption.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You willsupportthe development, deployment, and sustainment of planning capabilities, processes, and playbooks. You’llcontributeto capabilityinnovation,informinvestment decisions, andinformbusiness cases with quantifiable value. You’ll partner with SCPI and other functions to ensure successful capability launches, user adoption, and measurable financial impact.
Core Responsibilities:
•Support and contribute to capabilityconception, development, and deployment across global planning initiatives.
•Partner to shapebusiness processes, including RACI models and visual interaction maps.
•Develop and deliver training plans, user acceptance testing, and change management strategies.
•Contributeand launch playbooks, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
•Build stakeholder alignment andinformcommunications throughout capability lifecycles.
•Trackand report onadoption, outcomes and performance indicators.
•Support stabilization journey ofcapabilities, processes, and playbooks post-launch.
•Align work toplanning functional strategy andsupport roadmap execution
•Partner oncross-functional alignment and transparency from idea to value delivery.
