WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Senior Performance & Inventory Operations Analyst, you are responsible for coordinating cross-functional inventory and EBP efforts across the LATAM portfolio, you will provide the team with data, insights and processes designed to ensure the right info visibility and structure for the area.You will partner with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketplace Supply to create recommendations and action plans and collaborate with GEO teams to communicate LATAM marketplace inventory performance,

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Planning, Finance, or a related field or a combination of relevant

experience, education and training.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IBP, S&OP and inventory management or related field.

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including agenda setting, collecting and preparing content,active listening & directing conversation, time management, and building consensus.

  • Strong team player capable of working in a matrix environment with multiple business functions,partners and senior leaders across all business areas.

  • Advanced MS Office Applications: Proficiency in Excel and Reporting Tools, including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data bases management

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Data Reliability

  • Leverage from current Tools, Dashboards and Data Reports to support the decision-making and forecasting processes within the EBP/IO Team.

  • Develop new tools / dashboards for the correct reading of inventory status and inventory 18-month rolling forecast measured by the proper KPI’s.

  • Ensure follow-through on EBP deliverables: Prepare, publish and follow up of the “EBP ecosystem update”, which includes monthlyand seasonal updated on gates & dates, IBP/IBE calendar and deliverables; ensure sharing and info-cascade across teams and functions.

  • Monitor LATAM business by tracking in-season performance, rolling forecasts, inventory, and target results to deliver clear insights for territory reporting.

  • Maintain contact and leadership with GEO on specific project / processes.
