Your mission
- Define the European Media strategy in close collaboration with the Director and the Teamhead Performance Marketing
Collaborate to develop a European media strategy and integrated communication plans for PUMA in line with the Global Brand Comms Strategy, based on Full-Funnel and ROI approach.
Develop onlineandoffline marketing plans / roadmaps for TG relevant mediaactivation to increase brand awareness, visibility and support business needs in Europe on a country level.
Support the Media Director Marketing Europe in preparation of future media budget planning & allocation guidelines for the European Region
Be aware of newand especially Digital trends, platforms and innovations both technologically and content wise in an effort to leverage our investments and give more visibility to our content, athletes and campaigns.
Coordinate the European Media strategy with all stakeholders
Jointly with Global team be responsible to brief the European media agency on all regional paid media buys (as well as yearly media evaluation of the agency)
Jointly with Global team oversee local integrated media and digital plans acting as an advisor to the European Area teams.
Support the planning and execution of all media-related activities for European Strategic Accounts (particularly Intersport and Foot Locker)
Be the contact person for PUMA (Europe) countries, European vendor/agencies, PUMA functional departments and retail (wholesale) partners for media/digital related inquiries
Negotiate with media vendors and agencies to close competitive deals
Ad-hoc projects
Monitor the allocated European Marketing media budgets
Analyze paid media research & post campaign reports as well as translate results into strategy
Your talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, digital marketing, or marketing communications, ideally within an international organization or media agency.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, integrated media planning, and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Proven experience across digital and offline media channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, video, and traditional media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate media performance data and market insights into strategic recommendations.
Experience in managing media budgets, agencies, and external partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, regional, and local teams.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
