PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
To provide the best learning service to own retail and franchise staff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business
Provide training support to own retail and franchise team to drive retail business and consumer experienceOffer training solutions to improve retail KPIs according to long term / short term retail needsDevelop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIsDevelop comprehensive training plans and programs to meet own retail and franchise staff learning needsStakeholder Management
Partner with Retail Operation leaders to drive the retail performanceAttend business meetings and provide training suggestionsCoordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resourcesTraining Management
Maintain and optimize retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needsUtilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experienceDevelop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectivenessPeople Management
Performance management to direct reports; review and evaluate performanceImprove direct reports' capabilities on both soft skills and functional skillsEncourage best practices share among teamKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent project management skillsExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership skillsCustomer-orientedTeam playerAble to multi-taskWilling to changeREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or aboveAt least 6-8 years' experience training development and deliveryExperience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferredFluent in Mandarin and English
