Nike’s Supply Chain and Planning Technology (SCPT) team powers one of the world’s most sophisticated and dynamic value chains. From long-range demand sensing to sourcing, manufacturing, inventory flow, customer order management, fulfillment, and distribution, SCPT is at the heart of Nike’s global operations. At the India Technology Center, we are building world-class product and engineering teams to accelerate Nike’s digital transformation and deliver innovation at scale. You will work with the Distribution and Outbound Transportation product managers in ITC as well as in EMEA and North America, and will report to the Director of Product, Supply Chain and Planning Technology in ITC.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a data-driven product leader with a passion for optimizing Distribution and Outbound Transportation capabilities across our global networks of Distribution Centers. You excel at translating business needs into scalable technology solutions and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Furthermore you will bring:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of distribution center processes and transportation capabilities.
  • Experience with warehouse management- and transportation management systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead a team of Product Managers focused on distribution center capabilities and outbound transportation capabilities.

In addition, you will

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Warehouse Management Systems (specifically Manhattan Active WM) ensuring alignment with global distribution goals.
  • Define and execute the product strategy for a subset of Transportation capabilities.
  • Leverage analytics and user insights to drive product decisions that improve productivity and effectiveness of our distribution centers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Establish product management best practices and contribute to the growth of the ITC product community.
  • Support talent development and foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture
