Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Project Management with expertise spanning technical operations, project management, stakeholder engagement, and product management operations (PMO). This leader will be responsible for driving and optimizing the execution of hospitality services before and during the Olympic Games. The Senior Manager will drive strategic direction, enhance operational efficiencies, manage project management, and ensure smooth technology integration to deliver a world-class hospitality experience at one of the most high-profile international events.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Manager will align technical, operational, and product management initiatives with business objectives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure satisfactory execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the technical operations and product management strategy for hospitality services, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Olympic operations.
- Project Management Excellence: Lead multiple high-impact, cross-functional projects spanning technical operations, stakeholder management, and product development, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, hospitality operations, guest services, security, external vendors, and senior leadership to foster collaboration and alignment across all teams.
- Technology & Product Integration: Drive and implement technology roadmaps and the operational integration of hospitality technology solutions.
- Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Identify and proactively address potential risks and operational challenges that could impact hospitality services, technology deployment, and stakeholder expectations.
- Executive Reporting: Manage internal and external status updates, with strategic insights and risk assessments to senior leadership and key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement best practices in technical operations, project management methodologies, and product lifecycle management to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Team Development: Manage and develop a high-performing operations & project management team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in technical operations, project management, stakeholder management, or product management operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within hospitality, large-scale event management, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes operational and technical initiatives in fast-paced, international environments (e.g., major sporting events, global hospitality operations).
- Expertise in hospitality technology systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Reservation Platforms, Event Management Software, and Mobile/Guest Experience Applications.
- Deep experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, drive results, and manage cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and product functions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical, operational, and product management strategies for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location, and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as healthcare, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range:
- Minimum: $120,000 annually
- Maximum: $150,000 annually
