The Role:
The successful Senior Manager of HCM Business Process and Operations will play a critical role in documenting and standardizing our current disparate Human Resources (HR) processes across the enterprise. Proven capability with stakeholder management and user experience will be critical as this role will support decision making and ensuring the streamlined standards are adopted, documented and communicated.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of working on change and transformation projects to play a key role in driving a higher level of performance across the organization. We leverage the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem to manage our processes, and our preference is to adopt the standard Oracle processes where applicable.
In this role, you will act as an ambassador for change, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness across functional areas and drive commitment from all stakeholders.
Excellent language skills, both verbal and written are critical. In addition, you should be a team player with high energy and ability to adapt quickly to change. Being able to balance your priorities and workload are key.
What You'll Do:
- Creating, reviewing and updating documentation for all HR business processes, including policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring that all documents are properly filed, tracked and accessible to the right people, complying with internal standards, industry regulations and legal requirements
- Managing and maintaining the document repository, conducting regular audits of processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness, training partners on purpose of business process improvement and incorporating feedback
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information contained in documents, archiving and disposing documents according to retention policies
- Develop and oversee the process documentation roadmap, providing regular updates to executive leadership
- Manage and communicate changes to status, risks and dependencies to all impacted stakeholders
- Play active part in enabling business team to successfully implement process improvement
- Actively promote and act as a champion of change
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or other related field
- Minimum 3 years in HCM process documentation or similar role
- HCM system implementation experience – preference with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM and the ability to leverage its capabilities to streamline and enhance business processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and improvement methodologies
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time and project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Background in HR highly desirable

In New York City, the salary range for this position is $168,750 to $200,250, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
