WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report directly into the Director, Digital Marketing based in Tokyo, Japan to lead the Women's Digital Marketing team. You are responsible for the growth and development of talent. You will work with Japan marketing team and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) marketing team for key initiatives while working closely with Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team to fuel demand.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Women's to join our Tokyo-based marketing team. Leading a team of women's digital marketing, the ability to think strategically across multiple digital channels, while driving brand priorities with commercial outcomes and building long term consumer loyalty, are critical to this role.
Bullets to include details on:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related field.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in marketing with a passion for digital marketing, loyal marketing and brand storytelling across owned digital eco-system.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (in both English and Japanese) including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to leadership.
- Team leadership experience managing a minimum of one direct reports.
- Hands-on expertise on marketing analytics, deriving useful insights and applying findings.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a part of Digital Marketing team, you will work on annual and seasonal digital marketing strategy including and orchestrating communications across owned channels including Nike.com, Nike App, Nike Running Club (NRC)/ Nike Training Club (NTC) Apps, and social media. Success will be measured on increases in brand strength for women's as well as overall contribution to Nike digital business including traffic to owned platform and sell-through of key products.
- Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategies across Nike.com, Nike App, NRC/NTC Apps, and owned social media
- Monitor and optimize consumer communication health through performance analysis
- Foster a test-and-learn culture and iterative marketing approach
- Manage agency relationships and collaborate with marketing leads
- Drive brand strength for women's marketing and digital business growth
- Increase traffic and sell-through on Nike's digital platforms
