Your leadership will help drive smarter decisions, faster growth, and a culture of accountability across the organization.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Compliance & Risk

  • Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and control implementation, monitoring regulatory developments and guiding the business on necessary adaptations.

  • Draft standards, assess risk, and design control frameworks for new and existing processes.

  • Lead issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.

  • Maintain and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data and tooling, and support the rollout and training of new GRC systems.

  • Deliver reporting on compliance trends and regulatory insights.

  • Conduct risk and control assessments for critical products and functions.

  • Support broader compliance and risk program initiatives as needed, using automation and AI to streamline operations.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit in a regulated industry.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk management.

  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills with proven ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational precision.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
