We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Loyalty Associate, you will play a critical role in executing the day-to-day operations that power our Loyalty & VIP Growth team. You’ll lead the delivery of seamless, customer-focused promotional campaigns and become an expert in our marketing and bonus platforms. Working cross-functionally with teams across the organization, you’ll contribute to the ongoing evolution of Dynasty Rewards and help ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

What you’ll do as a Senior Loyalty Associate

  • Lead promotional campaign execution by managing the end-to-end process—from planning through deployment—across the Dynasty Rewards calendar.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Creative, CRM, and VIP to drive awareness, alignment, and seamless execution of Loyalty promotions.

  • Author strategic creative briefs and facilitate briefings for Dynasty Rewards campaigns to ensure messaging and brand tone resonate with our customer base.

  • Maintain platform operations by managing and resolving internal support tickets, ensuring a reliable and efficient rewards experience for our users.

  • Support stakeholder communication by aligning with Customer Experience (CX) and VIP teams to deliver timely, accurate messaging to customers.

  • Oversee on-platform currency management by tracking usage trends and contributing to strategy development that enhances the utility and effectiveness of rewards.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, marketing, or loyalty operations role.

  • A strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to advocate for the customer within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • A data-informed and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the Gaming industry.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, prioritize tasks, and manage projects with a high level of detail.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Flexibility to support a rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
