On is looking for a business-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive lawyer to join the On Legal Team as Senior Lead, Legal Counsel, EMEA. Someone who has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload, while anticipating issues, will thrive in this dynamic, growth oriented environment. You will support the EMEA business on a broad range of topics.
Your Mission
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on sales and distribution agreements for the EMEA region, including agreements with marketplaces and online retailers.
- Provide support on real estate and corporate matters, including in connection with the expansion of On retail stores in the EMEA region.
- Develop and implement scalable, regional and global legal processes, playbooks and training to drive efficiency as the business grows.
- Partner with AMER and APAC counsel and other key stakeholders on solutions that ensure global alignment and recognition of regional differences.
- Coordinate, manage, and challenge external counsel on various legal topics.
- Support the Legal Team at On in various internal and external projects.
Your story
- Law degree and 6+ years post qualification experience in a law firm and in-house, preferred experience in a global consumer-facing product company.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice in high-pressure environments and balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Collaborative nature and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for trying new things and improving the way we work.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest developments in your focus area.

Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
