Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It’s a place where passionate individuals come together to create the future of sport. We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the APLA Supply & Inventory Management team, reporting to the S&IM Director. As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate with S&IM Territory Managers, Sport Leads, Analysts, and cross‑functional partners across Territory, Geo, and Global teams—including Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sports Planning, Merchandising, Global Supply Planning, and Marketplace Supply Chain.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike needs a Senior Analyst who thrives in complexity, leads with clarity, and has a deep connection to our brands and our mission to Serve Athletes*. This person anticipates challenges before they surface, communicates with precision, and resolves issues that optimize supply, delivery, and inventory for Promo product and key sport moments across APLA. They bring sharp analytical instincts, a builder’s mindset, and a calm command when priorities compete. They know how to influence without authority, create sustainable processes, and keep the business moving while shaping what comes next.

This role requires strong attention to detail, clear and concise communications, and a sense of urgency and follow-through. The right candidate navigates ambiguity with confidence, builds alignment across stakeholders, and relentlessly pushes towards on‑time and healthy inventory with minimal oversight.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations experience

  • Knowledge of Nike’s planning engine, product, merchandising, and/or Code processes

  • Advanced analytical and storytelling skills, including Excel and innovation tools

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Ability to work in Beaverton, OR

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll ensure Promo product supply arrives in full and on time, improving inventory health and elevating readiness for major sports and brand moments across APLA. Each week, you’ll track progress, uncover risks, drive action plans, and lead supply and inventory reviews for partners and leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the APLA Promo buy and elevate cross‑functional alignment to keep supply and inventory on track

  • Build strong relationships across Territory, Geo, and Global teams to solve supply, delivery, and inventory issues

  • Lead regular storytelling, performance reviews, and issue escalations for key partners and leaders

  • Track metrics—supply‑demand match, on‑time delivery, inventory—and drive actions to hit targets

  • Take initiative on projects that support broader S&IM workstreams

  • Create and refine processes that increase clarity, consistency, and operational excellence across partners

  • Identify risks early, share insights, recommend solutions, and execute aligned plans to deliver positive results
