Our Internal Communications, Engagement and DEI team is at the very heart of Entain. We are driven by connecting Entainers to our vision, purpose and the moments that matter, to elevate and accelerate Entain
This team has big ambitions to create world class communications and engagement campaigns that stand out from the crowd. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Partner, who’ll bring experience, external inspiration and energy to the team, challenging us to continually raise the bar for our people.
We’re looking for a generalist Senior IC Partner, someone who is confident, creative, energetic, and commercially aware.
You’ll help drive the Internal Comms team to greater success by ensuring we maintain the highest standards across all of our comms and engagement campaigns and keep up to date with the latest trends in our industry and beyond.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of internal communications; strategic planning and counsel, compelling narrative, change communication and engagement. You are a brilliant writer who quickly builds relationships and is just as happy writing strategic plans as you are getting the job done and executing brilliantly.
- Play a pivotal role as a leader in the team, helping role model and drive a culture of high performance, creativity and collaboration.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in engagement and internal comms and bring these insights into the team so we can continually raise the bar.
- Lead high profile projects and campaigns across Entain, making sure they engage our people in the right way.
- Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of both Entain, our function and people strategies and how they’re connected, to help drive understanding across the business through the communications you create.
- Make sure the business strategic narrative, tone of voice, visual approach and campaigns connect with our people in the very best way so that they can advocate for the business.
- Actively build great relationships with key stakeholders across your business area and the wider business to develop a strong understanding of our priorities, challenges and audiences.
- Be a trusted senior advisor to your stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful way.
- Ensure communication consideration is integral to all business change programmes, providing advice and challenge.
- Be a great role model for our values and great to work with.
- Be a champion for always putting our people’s experience first.
- Be a creative communicator who isn’t afraid to suggest new and innovative ideas.
- Be flexible to take on additional projects on the business roadmap
Qualifications
- Credible Senior Business Partner with at least eight years’ experience in an Internal Comms Partner role for a fast and complex organisation.
- Previous experience to have included Internal Comms within a FTSE100 company.
- Proven experience of leading change and transformation communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial nouse with a real passion for how to make great communications decisions based on it.
- Proven experience of delivering high impact employee engagement communications – including campaigns and events – across multiple audiences to drive understanding, sentiment, and behaviour.
- Good creative, technical and platform knowledge to create and deliver brilliant content in a compelling way through the appropriate channels including intranet, video, print, digital and social media.
- Outstanding planning skills and proven ability to oversee multiple high profile and demanding projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable evidence of positively influencing employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and present persuasive arguments to convince others.
- Highly driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Good understanding and appreciation of outstanding communications techniques, theories and practices - both internal and external - and the ability to translate these into practical plans.
