Job Description

As a Senior Gaming Propositions Executive, you will be responsible for the planning and performance of the UK & IRE Gaming Proposition. 

Reporting to the Gaming Proposition Manager, you will support with the planning and development of key strategic projects and proposition campaigns, creating market leading experiences which attract, rewards, and retain new and existing customers. 

What you will do 

• Support with the Proposition strategy, ensuring our proposition creates market-leading experiences that deliver commercial benefit through enhanced retention and brand loyalty. 
• Deputise for the Gaming Proposition Manager on a range of projects and tasks as and when required. 
• Co-ordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of the Proposition between internal stakeholders to deliver optimal performance of the Proposition. 
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to plan, coordinate and ensure delivery against our commercial objectives for upcoming Propositional campaigns. Act as a link between the Proposition, Brand & Design teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on campaigns across all teams. 
• Collaborate with the Gaming Proposition team to collate and categorize all brand & design requirements. 
• Ideate, develop and deliver customer-centric promotional campaigns or experiences that enhance the customer experience. 
• Develop the Proposition through the promotions and their communication to match our brand pillars and deliver on our brand strategy. 
• Oversee critical customer journeys and ensure they deliver optimal conversion and make recommendations for continuous enhancement of the customer experience.  
• Support the Go-To-Market planning of Proposition & Product campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of major campaigns. 

Qualifications

• Strong customer insight & analytical skills with the ability to leverage them effectively 
• Experience working across multiple products and verticals simultaneously  
• Experience with retention and customer experience tactics 
• Confident analysing data to challenge stakeholders  
• Experience working with and delivering on brand strategies   
• Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI 
• Good IT skills, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
