Location: Dublin - Hybrid (2 days per week)

Reporting Line: Head of FP&A

18 month Fixed Term Contract for Mat Cover

This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team during a period of rapid growth and transformation. The Senior FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in leading in specific areas to ensure we deliver accurate and relevant analysis.

What you’ll do

  • Preparation and Consolidation of Submissions
  • A key contributor to forecast Guidance packs and the issuing of timelines to divisions
  • Acts as the Lead Finance Business Partner for divisions and tax function, liaising with, and advising both Business Managers and Divisional FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Group Budgets, Forecasts and Long Term plans in line with Group policy, process and governance
  • Supports Finance Business Partnering for other Group Functions, liaising with, and advising Business Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Group Budgets, Forecasts and Long Term plans in line with Group policy, process and governance
  • Crafts the format of, and defines the analysis and content to be included in, FP&A forecast packs and reporting
  • Reporting of Forecasts/Budgets/Long Term Plans
  • Leads and manages the delivery of FP&A forecast analysis packs, for use within the FP&A team
  • Support in the design and delivery of submission overview packs, finalisation packs and other decks, to meet FP&A leadership and Group CFO requirements
  • Tracks post meeting changes and finalisation of all forecasts
  • Is a key contributor to board and executive decks at the end of forecasting process Drives continuous improvement in these decks and ensures timely production of all materials
  • Carries out additional LTP analysis beyond the LTP process
  • Assists with LTP information for CMD
  • Manages specific areas of internal controls to include certain divisions and processes

How You’ll Do It

  • Partner with teams to ensure delivery of forecasts into Group with supporting analysis, in line with timetables
  • Support delivery of required business changes within divisions, such as M&A, organisational reporting changes and forecasting process change

What You’ll Need

  • Experience of leading other financial specialists to deliver budget and forecast data and analysis both via direct team management and through peer matrix/project management
  • Experience of developing and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Comfortable acting as an advisor to C suite decision makers as well as other business leadership and able to operate as a credible lead SME
  • Experience in overseeing and leading all aspects of the production of financial data packs, reports, and other analysis that aid collaborator decision making
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly adaptable, agile and proactive, excellent team player who is adept to working in a very fast paced role
