Full Description
Key Responsibilities ERP Leadership & Strategy
- Own the roadmap and execution of ERP implementations and upgrades, with a focus on supply chain, order management, and financial integration.
- Partner with planning teams to ensure ERP reflects approved baseline scenarios and integrates with forecasting tools (e.g., o9).
- Oversee ATP (Available-to-Promise) logic and order allocation processes across channels.
WMS & Fulfillment Systems
- Lead WMS strategy and deployment across distribution centers, ensuring support for high-volume wave releases, cross-docking, and DC bypass scenarios.
- Align WMS capabilities with labor management and automation initiatives.
Order Management Systems
- Drive global order promising, pricing, and fulfillment capabilities through integrated OMS platforms.
- Ensure seamless coordination between order capture, shipping, invoicing, and customer programs.
Systems Integration & Architecture
- Support integration of ERP with adjacent systems including PLM, TMS, and financial platforms.
- Ensure real-time data synchronization and visibility across inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
Program Management & Governance
- Lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle implementations—from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch optimization, in partnership with the technology org
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to measure system performance and stakeholder readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Technology, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with partner governance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations systems leadership, with deep expertise in ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.), WMS, and OMS platforms.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale systems implementations in complex, multi-channel environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with integration architecture, data governance, and change management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
