Senior Director Media Broadcasting

The Senior Director Broadcasting Production – World Feed is responsible for the oversight of Broadcasting business and production relating to the World Feed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business management or related field required
• 12 years of experience in the broadcasting industry, including a production, programming or network/sports background. Live broadcast and/or production experience desirable
• Knowledge of broadcast and live and International production
• Five years of prior management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the game of golf is a plus
• Second language is a plus. Strong communication and cross-cultural skills. Detail-oriented. Excellent teamwork and multitasking skills are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• In conjunction with Broadcasting and International Media departments and PGA TOUR Studios, function as the television liaison between the World Feed and our International Broadcast Partners
• In conjunction with the Corporate Marketing and Business Development Department, function as key liaison between the World Feed and its corporate sponsors, title sponsors and any other sponsor-related television issues
• Manage on-site television related issues for PGA TOUR Studios produced World Feed
• Work closely with Corporate Partnerships and Media Sales on all sales related items within the World Feed
• Work closely with the Broadcast Technology and Analytics team on newly created interfaced graphics for the World Feed
• Continuously evaluate the television presentation of World Feed and make recommendations to improve television product
• Create weekly obligation document for the World Feed and Partners that includes, but not limited to PGA TOUR and sponsor messaging, PGA TOUR contractual obligations, etc.
• Weekend on-call responsibility for all World Feed telecasts
• Special projects as assigned
