WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the EMEA Football organization and works in close partnership with the EMEA Football VP/GM, Clubs, Feds & Leagues GM, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace (Pro Clubs & Team Sales) and Global Product teams. Productive relationships with external partners including Pro Clubs, Federations, Retailers, and Third-Party Licensees will be crucial to success.


The Senior Director leads through influence across geographies and functions, with dotted-line leadership cross functional leadership of both the Pro Clubs and Team Sales squads.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a senior, strategic business leader from any background with deep experience across the football ecosystem, including Pro Clubs, Federations, Team Sales, and marketplace partnerships.
This role requires a strong blend of long-term consumer and marketplace strategy, commercial acumen, and operational excellence, along with the ability to lead change and drive growth in a complex, matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to key stakeholders, a relationship builder with credibility in football, and a people-focused leader who develops talent while driving accountability and results.

  • Extensive experience in football, including Pro Clubs, Federations, and/or Team Sales environments

  • Proven ability to build and execute long-term consumer x marketplace strategies

  • Demonstrated success driving business growth and marketplace health

  • Strong leadership experience across multiple functions, teams, and geographies

  • Passion for Football and the changeable nature of the game

  • Confident to lead through ambiguity and deploy a growth mindset to setback and opportunities

  • Experience in growing Women’s and Youth Sport

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own and drive the EMEA Football Pro Club asset portfolio, lead the strategy and growth of the Football Team Sales business to grow Nike Football from grassroots up.
You will help shape an integrated, best-in-class Team Sales strategy and operating model that delivers sustainable growth, strong partnerships, and marketplace excellence.

  • Own the integrated long-term consumer and marketplace strategy for EMEA Football Team Sales, from Pro Clubs to grassroots

  • Partner closely with the EMEA Football GM and Sports Marketing to identify, acquire, and activate Pro Club assets aligned to the One Football strategy

  • Set and own key business, service, and marketplace success metrics for Pro Clubs and Team Sales

  • Lead the holistic Team Sales strategy across product, assortment, digital capabilities, and third-party service models

  • Influence and collaborate with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies

  • Drive operational excellence, change, and continuous improvement across the Team Sales ecosystem

  • Build strong, inclusive relationships with Clubs, Federations, Retailers, Licensees, and internal partners to accelerate growth and impact
