WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be the HR Business Partner leader for all foundational engineering teams within Nike's Global Technology organization and report to the VP, Human Resources of Nike Global Technology organization. You will oversee HR delivery and impact for Enterprise Architecture, Developer Platform, Technology Operations, Information Security, Risk and Compliance, & Corporate Functions technologies teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for a sophisticated HR professional who is a trusted partner, coach and advisor to the leaders. This ideal individual should thrive in ambiguity, be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization, someone who has the following:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years directly relevant HR experience
  • 8+ years of expertise across core HR areas, including HR, covering Organizational Capability, Organization Design and Planning, Talent Management, Compensation, Total Rewards, and HR Infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Proven & significant experience in building a people strategy while leading and driving transformational change across a large enterprise environment as well as creating a strategic workforce plan that addresses current & future talent needs.
  • Proven track record in building trusted partnership and coaching to the leaders.
  • Expertise in driving compelling culture and engagement agenda for your client organizations aligned with employee sentiment data and pulse.
  • Knowledge of organization design theory and practice in aligning organizational design to business strategy and effectively planning and execution large scale change management efforts.
  • A data driven mindset and approach in formulating compelling people solutions to drive business impact and growth.
  • Experience working in a global environment.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the talent and culture strategy, leading a team of BHR professionals, and partnering with the broader Nike HR organization to deliver high quality organization effectiveness, talent, culture, organizational design and employee engagement outcomes. You will achieve that by focusing on the following:

  • Formulating the overall people strategy for your client teams aligned with Nike's and Global Technology's business goals and people strategy.
  • Driving a compelling culture and engagement agenda for your client organizations aligned with employee sentiment data and pulse.
  • Driving organizational effectiveness by designing or adjusting design aligned with business strategy and effectiveness change management planning and execution.
  • Partnering with corporate Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations functions to deliver HR programs and initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and direction on sensitive employee relations, compensation, staffing, performance management, HRIS, record keeping, and training & development.
  • Facilitating the development and execution of talent management and retention strategies and partnering with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain world-class talent.
  • Executing a seamless annual talent cycle starting with goal setting, effective performance management rhythm, and annual rewards.
