Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in order management, purchasing, operations, planning, manufacturing, project management, or related fields; experience in production/manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or AI‑enabled tools preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of apparel manufacturing ecosystems preferred; Spanish language skills helpful but not required.
  • Open to work in the Americas region.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll own the operational heartbeat of delivery execution—driving capacity accuracy, elevating partner performance, and ensuring Nike product moves with speed and confidence to the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Partner Managers to validate and manage seasonal factory capacity, ensuring offered capacity aligns to demand and adjusts as business needs evolve.
  • Lead delivery execution with a clear operational cadence, data‑driven insights, and rapid exception management to achieve 95%+ on‑time delivery.
  • Build and maintain tactical and leadership‑level relationships with key Nike suppliers across the Americas region.
