Full Description
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end business processes in Oracle Fusion across Finance and/or SCM (e.g., O2C, P2P, Inventory, Costing)
Design and govern complex functional configurations to support high-volume and peak business scenarios
Partner with business, product, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions
Lead UAT, cutover planning, and release readiness, ensuring business adoption and stability
Act as the functional escalation point for production issues, driving root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
Design configurations and overseeing changes
Align with business objectives, demonstrate change benefits ensuring user adoption
Operate third-party tools/ISV products
Create process documentation for platform features and enhancements
Communicate requirements and play key role on project implementation
Ensures SOX Compliance is met
Skills, Tools & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications (Finance and/or SCM modules)
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module dependencies
Experience supporting high-transaction, close-critical, or seasonal ERP environments
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and data tools (FBDI, BIP, OTBI, REST APIs)
7–10+ years of ERP functional experience, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products
In-depth configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications
Detail-oriented with excellent project implementation, process optimisations and functional skills
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills
Excellent ability to prioritise, respond quickly, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a methodical and effective manner
Excellent ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment co-operating across multiple functions
Excellent ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
