We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - CLM to join our growing Technology and Enterprise Systems team supporting ongoing investments in solutions that help our teams work effectively across sports, entertainment, and culture.
In this role, you’ll bring hands-on experience administering and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and their integration with broader enterprise systems and workflow tools. You will play a key role in configuring and improving contract workflows while partnering with internal stakeholders and external teams to ensure scalable and effective system solutions.
The analyst will work closely with Legal, Operations, and cross-functional business teams to translate requirements into system configurations, support contract processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate combines business process expertise with strong system configuration experience and the ability to evaluate and refine system designs in a complex, enterprise environment.
Please note that this position is a 12 month temporary position to start with the opportunity to convert after that.
What You'll Do:
Serve as administrator for the CLM platform, supporting configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements
Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, forms/UI, fields, and business rules
Support and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle (intake through execution, amendments, renewals, and obligations), including governance of templates and clause libraries
Evaluate and improve system performance by simplifying workflows, enforcing data standards, and ensuring accurate, reliable contract data and reporting
Partner with stakeholders and external teams to review, validate, and refine system designs, balancing usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workflows, data, and integrations, while supporting data updates, reporting, and system changes
Provide global user support including intake, training, and adoption, while identifying UX gaps and driving improvements
Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve contract operations and efficiency
Troubleshoot issues across workflows, data, integrations, and system behavior
What We're Looking For:
5–7+ years of experience in CLM systems (e.g., Agiloft, Sirion, Ironclad, Icertis), business systems analysis, or configurable platform administration
Hands-on experience working within a configurable, data-driven system
Strong experience with:
Workflow configuration and process automation
Templates, clause libraries, and document management
User support and stakeholder engagement
Strong working knowledge of:
Data structures (tables, fields, relationships)
Workflow logic, conditions, and dependencies
Ability to:
Evaluate system designs and trade-offs
Challenge and refine implementation approaches
Translate between technical concepts and business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in media, sports, entertainment, or other fast-paced industries
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management or legal operations workflows
- Experience working with implementation partners or system integrators
- Exposure to data modeling, integrations, or automation concepts, or AI-enabled features
- Interest in learning and supporting adjacent workflow or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
Base salary range: $120-130k plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
