Full Description
As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will help to build our brand narrative and fan focused storytelling. This role will lead and champion creative concepts aligned to the strategic direction and priorities of FBG. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time with a key focus on team collaboration and execution. This role will be based Hybrid out of our Denver and/or New York offices.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for the media team, overseeing the delivery of advertising materials while ensuring strong alignment with campaign initiatives and timelines
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning for all brand related campaigns
- Maintain strong alignment with performance media stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet both strategic planning objectives and creative standards
- Collaborate with diverse company creative teams as we audit, explore, and refine FBG's visual look and feel digitally and physically
- Brand management of email lifecycle creative executions
- Manage creative development of all brand design, advertising and marketing communications, starting with a best in class core idea
- Ensure consistent brand execution across marketing channels. This could be anything from an event, a billboard in a stadium or a social campaign
- Enforce brand guidelines and appropriate use of the FBG brand
- Maintain strong alignment with performance media stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet both strategic planning objectives and creative standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing or related creative field
- Strong communication skills (storytelling, messaging, & brand guidelines copy)
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
- Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
The base salary range for this role is $106,000 per year - $180,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off and other benefits like Wellhub, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits,, and more. We'll also give you $700 USD (or local equivalent) to set up your home office!
