Your Talent

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:

  • MBA/B.Tech from reputed institute with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical and Numerical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance
  • Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business

Your Mission

Key Objectives:

  • The resource will be responsible for planning of distribution and export channel
  • Responsible for end-to-end planning of distribution & export channel .
  • Prepare business plan for the channel, set net sale and GP targets for BU, FCs in collaboration with sales team
  • Provide OTB based on sales plan, ensure adequate inventory is planned for sale and avoid understocking/overstocking in the channel
  • Track season execution at customer level and highlight distributors with low pre-order execution so that sales team can take corrective actions
  • Review customer level inventory and stock blocks in order to improve efficiency of stock offering thereby improving net sales & execution%
  • Work together with sales and buying in placing the optimal value as buffers (non pre orders) to secure the net sale target while ensuring salability
  • Identify pockets of non-movers and slow movers and release to other channels with an aim to improve company sales
  • Maintain and circulate reports on stock requirement, supply phasing, execution%, billing and returns
  • Analyze PO vs execution, and effect next year purchase based on the insights
