Your mission

Position Summary: Responsible for Collecting, Managing, Analysing, and Reporting business data to support decision-making across departments.

Reporting to: Team Head LFR and SIS

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Generate performance reports for internal usage – Sales, stock, markdown, growth, profitability

• Analyze business performance metrics – Sales productivity, Staff productivity

• Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.

• Extract, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and retail partner teams.

• Promotion communication to retail partners, track performance Vs promotion, maintain promotion calendar

• Manage PAN India sales staff data, sales staff incentive calculation, uniform planning and execution to staff  

KPIs:

• Accuracy of reports

• Timelines of MIS delivery

• Data quality & integrity

• Data management Process simplification / ability to add small XL driven automations

• Sales Operations/ Warehousing/ Logistics

• Retail Partner’s SPOC

Required Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft XL ( Pivot Tables, Look ups, Dash boards, Power Query, index match)

• Power Point as additional skill

• SQL as additional skill

• Power BI as additional skill

• Decent written English.
