Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—someone resourceful, strategic, and conceptually strong who brings ideas to life with bold, culturally sharp storytelling. You'll work on creative for global brands in tech, CPG, retail, and social impact across some of the biggest events in sports and entertainment, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, LA28 Olympics, NCAA, Coachella, and beyond

What You'll Do
· Concept & execute sponsorship campaigns that turn heads and spark conversations.
· Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to develop fully integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and experiential.
· Own the visual identity of campaigns—typography, imagery, layout, and design – then pull that through to integrated partnership touchpoints and assets.
· Present & sell ideas with compelling storytelling to clients and internal teams.
· Mentor junior creatives, helping them elevate their work with a strong design POV to help them grow in their careers
· Push creative boundaries while staying true to client brand identities.
What You Bring
· 7+ years of experience.
· A strong portfolio featuring integrated campaign work.
· A passion for sports, entertainment, and culture—you know what moves audiences.
· Excellent communication & presentation skills—you can sell a vision, not just create one.
· Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac), motion and video a plus
· A growth mindset—you're adaptable, curious, and always striving for better.
· Excitement to work and collaborate in an incredible NYC office three days per week.

Base salary range: $90 - 120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
