Role Summary

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Capabilities, GC plays a critical role in building, scaling, and sustaining end‑to‑end supply chain capabilities that enable Nike’s growth and profitability objectives. This role shepherds capability development from concept through deployment, providing expertise in project, process, and change management. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, Technology, and IDSA (Insights, Data Science, and Analytics) to bring enterprise capabilities—including AI‑enabled and advanced analytics solutions—to life, while thoughtfully evolving Nike’s supply chain within the GC context.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables

Capability Roadmap Execution

  • Implement capability roadmaps that enable new and enhanced supply chain capabilities, ensuring smooth, optimized operations in support of Nike’s growth and profitability objectives.
  • Translate enterprise capability strategies into executable plans within the GC supply chain context.

Program & Project Management

  • Manage small to medium-scale programs and projects involving a complex network of internal and external partners.
  • Apply strong project, process, and change management discipline across the full lifecycle of capability development and deployment.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Ensure capabilities are launched on time and transitioned effectively into operations, with a strong focus on adoption, sustainability, and value realization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation plans.

Training & Enablement

  • Help lead, organize, and deliver end-user training to support successful adoption of new supply chain capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, playbooks, and ways of working.

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication

  • Deliver clear, concise progress and status updates to leadership teams.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and alignment across functions, geographies, and partners.

Enterprise Connectivity & Best Practices

  • Act as a bridge between geographies to share capability best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
  • Promote common ways of working while respecting local market needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience delivering supply chain initiatives involving cross‑functional stakeholders and complex operating environments.
  • Strong foundation in project, process, and change management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Experience supporting the deployment, change management, and operationalization of AI‑powered capabilities within complex, cross‑functional supply chain environments is strongly preferred.
