From optimizing current processes to exploring emerging Gen-AI capabilities, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data and technology drive our marketing strategy.

What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Marketing AI

  • Build and maintain tools that simplify access to marketing data and enable faster, more informed decisions.

  • Translate complex business questions into analytical projects that surface clear, actionable insights.

  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to scope and manage cross-functional initiatives.

  • Explore and apply Gen-AI capabilities, including LLMs, where they add clear value to existing workflows.

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and documentation that support self-serve analytics.

  • Contribute to the development of a semantic data layer to standardize key marketing metrics.

  • Share best practices, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of experimentation and learning.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or a related role.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale marketing data sets; experience with Python is a plus.

  • Exposure to Gen-AI technologies and interest in applying LLMs to solve practical business problems.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A collaborative, self-directed mindset and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.

  • Comfort navigating fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
