WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll support our VP and Senior Directors of our NikeSKIMS team, enabling them to keep up with the company's rapid pace. You'll learn how Nike operates through being responsible for coordinating and leading certain activities that are designed to improve Nike's business position and operating model, giving you a unique insight into the opportunities that exist for building a career with Nike.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, with a keen attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting more than one senior executive. You have a background as an office manager or any customer-facing role
- You have excellent event coordination experience and skills and multiple calendar management experience
- Outlook, Excel, PPT, Slack plus other systems knowledge like T&E management through BCD
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a group. You like to take initiatives and propose ideas.
- Outstanding interpersonal & networking skills across a sophisticated matrix organization
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Handle VP and Senior Directors' schedules. Ensure appointments are created, updated or cancelled in a timely manner. Ensure appropriate locations for events and meetings are secured and arrange catering as requested.
Enable successful team events. Use your judgement on when to work with the VP and Senior Directors on project managing events. Budget management to ensure compliance to budget targets. Coordinate and maintain invoices from external partners, timely create and submit expense reports. Handle VP and Senior Director travel arrangements to attend Nike events as appropriate. Book international flights, train tickets, accommodation and arrange Visas where necessary.
Support the induction and introduction of new employees of the team. Enable the successful visits of functional teams from other Geographies and locations (i.e. APLA / Greater China / North America or Global).
