WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As an Assistant to a Senior Director, you will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and representing Nike with professionalism. You’ll help ensure the Senior Director’s time is optimized, while fostering strong connections across the Leadership Team, employees, and external Nike partners.
You will be a visible, trusted point of contact who helps keep the team organized, aligned, and moving forward.

- Full‑time availability and flexibility in working hours
- London‑based, with occasional travel for offsites and meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As an Assistant, you will manage a broad range of responsibilities that keep the Senior Director and team operating smoothly. Key tasks include:
- Managing complex calendars and expenses
- Ensuring consistent and proactive communication between the Senior Director and Leadership Teams across EMEA and Global
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Being a visible on‑the‑floor contact for your manager, team, and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a strong, collaborative network across teams and counterparts
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics for the Senior Director
- Supporting event management for Sales events (e.g., Retailer Alliance, Go‑to‑Market meetings)
- Managing Purchase Orders
- Tracking travel, org charts, and FTO
- Providing backup support for other Assistants, including functional teams
- Ensuring timely information sharing across topics such as apps, training, and tools
- Occasional travel for meetings and offsites
