FHI employees are expected to be on-site 4 days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work remotely up to 20 days per year based on business levels.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with month-end close process including preparation or review of various journal entries, accruals, estimates, and financial statement analysis of assigned areas
• Provide accounting, processing, and analytical support for general accounting activities (prepaids, accruals) in addition to cash reconciliation
• Prepare or review required consolidation journals for certain business verticals including monthly intercompany elimination transactions
• Develop in-depth knowledge of systems, data, and reporting tools as well as understanding of business processes related to assigned general ledger accounts including transaction flow
• Assist with financial statement disclosure and audit requests as needed
• Prepare ad hoc financial reporting requests and analyses as requested by management
• Recommend scalable process and procedural improvements related to consolidation, financial reporting, and management reporting activities
• Perform duties in compliance with GAAP, company and department policies and procedures, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• CPA designation preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stringent deadlines within a fast-paced environment is a must
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work with multiple departments, at all levels of the organization
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel - experience in Pivot Tables and VLookups are a +
• Strong attention to detail
• Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM) experience a plus

The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $120,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
