CAA Brand Consulting is hiring for a Senior Account Manager to join our award-winning team in London and support across our portfolio of global brands. We are seeking an experienced agency or in-house professional with a proven track record advising brands on their talent and creator marketing and partnership strategies.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Senior Account Director, Talent & Creators, this individual will have the knowledge, relationships and experience to advise, develop, implement and measure talent and creator campaigns across international markets that drive value and cultural relevance for our clients.
The role requires a high level of strategic advisory, strong negotiation and management skills, and must have relationships not only with talent and creators but also their managers, agents and publicists.
The Senior Account Manager, Talent & Creators, will take on a dynamic “special projects” role, supporting across a mix of new business opportunities and live client campaigns, rather than being tied to a single account.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
What does the role involve?
Develop, manage and refine end to end talent and creator campaigns and projects for clients including curating talent, contract negotiation, relationship management, campaign planning, content delivery, budget planning and measurement
Build, nurture and grow long term relationships with agencies, talent, and creators
Collaborate with client account teams and cross functional teams to build talent and creator strategy delivering on client KPIs
New business development and admin support
Develop creative, distribution and marketing plans for talent and creator activations
Confidently manage client’s expectations, pushing back and communicating clearly to ensure the best possible outcome for the client and the team
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s business including their commercial targets, business objectives and marketing objectives to make informed recommendations
Show a strong understanding of measurement and reporting providing continued ROI and business impact
Act as a senior advisor to junior members of staff and offer support and guidance across a range of clients and projects
Flexible to travel in the UK as required
What are we looking for?
Best in class client servicing, account handling and project management
Ability to manage multiple projects at once whilst staying details orientated
Robust experience managing talent and creator campaigns across the UK and Europe
Strong existing network of talent and creator relationships and understanding of intricacies working with talent and creators
Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving increase in business revenue
Excel at building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry
Experience building and managing a successful team
Innovative thinker and solution orientated
Confident presenter with ability to communicate effectively to both external and internal stakeholders
Team player with the ability to work autonomously as required
Be creative and proactive in surfacing new opportunities
Social media enthusiast with a working knowledge of key platforms with an eye on developing platforms
Able to compile, analyse and interpret data across campaign development, management and optimisation
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
