Seasonal Partnerships Support, UK 

August 25 – February 26

The Role:  

Reporting to the Partnerships Team, the role will be responsible for supporting the team with the servicing of partnerships around the NFL’s UK and Irelands assets, over the NFL season the NFL’s UK and Ireland’s partners consist of the likes of Nerds, McCoys, Visa, and FedEx. 

The role will have a strong focus on the execution of partner activation programs in the UK and Ireland around the 4 international games

Developing partner activation programs is a core focus for the NFL as this will help to expand the NFL’s in-market presence and grow our fan base.   

This position is a project role starting ASAP and running until mid-February and will be based in the NFL office in London.  

Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Account management support of Local and Global partners throughout the NFL season including delivery of the London and Ireland Games in September/October 2025.  
  • Day to day account support of key partners, delivering contractual rights throughout the season including.
  • Adept at resolving partner issues, thinking creatively and efficiently to reach solutions. 
  • Able to quickly build great relationships internally and externally.
  • Support the International partnerships team on the creation of presentations for pitches and proposals.
  • Delivery of strategic marketing programs to leverage and activate current partner sponsorships that will deliver against business objectives, including consumer promotions, advertising, employee engagement programs, and corporate hospitality. 
  • Lead on creating monthly, mid-season and end of season reports, working closely with a number of different internal departments to consolidate all information.
  • Lead on tracking all partner campaign results across multiple platforms (e.g. Social, digital and database)

The Candidate 

Technical Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate Degree preferred but not essential 
  • Strong competence using professional Microsoft products; notably ppt, word and excel 
  • Understanding of marketing principles and interest in working with clients or sponsors
  • Creative thinker, keen to support the development of partner materials and assets
  • Eager to contribute ideas and assist in building engaging campaigns or activations
  • Familiar with reading basic media reports and willing to grow skills in data interpretation
  • Some exposure to events or marketing activities, both in-person and online (e.g., university projects, internships, or entry-level roles)

Personal Characteristics and Profile  

  • Highly motivated, proactive, team player with strong organizational skills  
  • Proven success in relationship management  
  • Highly organised, with exceptional time management and efficient problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • An understanding of the sports industry, particularly the NFL, NFL businesses and commercial operations  
  • Calm under significant pressure when handling multiple stakeholders 
  • Willingness to travel and to work weekends
