THE POSITION

A Software Engineer builds, configures, and maintains CRM workflows and chatbot solutions. They collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance customer engagement and automate processes. With growing expertise, they take ownership of projects, resolve complex issues, and contribute to system performance improvements.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

Testing and QA
- Execute comprehensive testing (functional, integration, regression) ensuring adherence to security standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Document test cases, collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, and track defects while staying current with platform updates.
Development & Configuration
- Design and implement CRM workflows, chatbot logic, and automation rules.
- Configure system modules to meet specific business needs.
Integration & Automation
- Build and deploy integrations between CRM, chatbot, and other business systems.
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM and chatbot functionality.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Data Management & System Optimization
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Monitor and improve system performance by identifying bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide input on best practices.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field
- 2-4 years experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- Adept with Service Cloud, Einstein Chatbot, Agentforce (or other conversational AI agents such as Sierra.AI, Decagon, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Jira for Issue Tracking, Testing Pipeline Management, Collaboration & Communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Occasional weekend work as needed

The applicable salary range for this position is $98,000 - $128,100 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
